Running For Beginners
I used to looooathe running. In this post, I illustrate my struggle with the hated sport but also how I overcame certain aspects of it and how you can too. No, I don't prefer it to a good ol' cuddle or horror movie marathon, but it doesn't make me wanna cry anymore either. Running isn't the enemy, our way of thinking is!
